Common questions
How do I save a recipe?
Open the app, go to Import, and paste a recipe's web address. Cook Mark pulls out the title, ingredients, and steps and adds it to your library. You can also import many at once from an exported browser bookmarks file, a CSV, or a plain list of links.
A link didn't import correctly.
Some sites structure their pages in ways that are hard to read automatically. Send the link to support@cook-mark.app and we'll take a look.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and enter your email address. We'll send a one-time reset link. You can also add a passkey to sign in without a password.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — email support@cook-mark.app from your account address and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we hold.
